Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation Log in to your account at https://account.mypetilo.com, go to your Orders, and select the item you wish to return or cancel.

Return Window You have 14 days from delivery of the last item in your order to notify us of your withdrawal. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Refunds We will refund your payment, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items, sealed hygiene products opened after delivery, or perishable goods.
